Hans Beekmans is Secretary at the  SOH, Stichting Onafhankelijke Hulpverlening. The SOH goes for quality policy in Dutch healthcare, starting with dentistry.

Current policy damages relationships of trust, drives up costs, plays social workers against each other and encourages production and improper use. The most important values in healthcare are the right to an independent relationship between care recipient and care provider, options and the freedom to choose.

SOH has developed a policy vision that safeguards these values and can be easily implemented.
